Poetry & Writing

No one living in Michigan is farther than 85 miles from one of our Great Lakes. The Great Lakes are a part of the fabric in the lives of the citizens of Michigan. The lakes are a part of our history, our cultures and our souls. We celebrate the Great Lakes in many ways. They are in our music, our art, our poetry and literature, our photography and our films. We want to share them with you. We think it will help you understand our passion in preserving the respect of the Great Lakes and our rights so that we can continue to celebrate our Great Lakes life style, culture and heritage for all generations.
